Coming from a social-media background in another industry, I would highlight that CLS has apparently gotten strong alignment around a social media policy at the executive level. Whether that started with a handful of evangelical advisors, the corporate marketing office, or elsewhere, that kind of conceptual buy-in makes so many other challenges -- compliance, advisor adoption, budgets, etc. -- easier to work through.
